Measuring for delivery
We want to ensure your new furniture is delivered successfully. Here is some important measurement and obstruction information you should consider before you purchase your furniture and have it delivered:

What Measurements are Needed
Exterior & Front doorway height
Exterior & front doorway width and clearance to opposite wall
Staircase corner width and clearance to opposite wall upstairs (if curved)
Low-hanging light fixtures
Interior doorway width and clearance to opposite wall
Stairwell overhang/ceiling height
For apartments buildings or homes with elevators, it is important to measure the elevator's interior height and width, as well as the height of the doorway into the elevator.
When your apartment, condo, or home is located on the second floor or higher please make sure each piece measures less than 88” in width or 96” diagonally, or it may not fit through your entry.

We measure furniture by depth, width, and height.
Prior to Delivery
Sohnne provides multiple delivery options designed to meet different customer needs, including standard and contactless delivery services. Before your delivery, please ensure you have reviewed the following important details:
Measuring for Delivery: Confirm that your purchased items will fit through doors, stairways, hallways, and elevators. Refer to the “Measuring for Delivery” guide to verify that the dimensions of the product and packaging are compatible with your space. This helps ensure a smooth delivery process.
Special Delivery Requirements: If your delivery location has unique requirements, such as limited truck access, specific gate codes, restricted delivery times, or the need for building insurance or freight elevator use, please inform us in advance. This will help facilitate a successful and efficient delivery.
Delivery Scheduling: For orders marked with an estimated delivery window, "you will be contacted via text or email approximately 1-2 business days in advance to schedule your delivery." This communication ensures that you are aware of when your order is expected to arrive and prepared for its receipt.
Apartment and Multi-Story Building Deliveries: If you reside in an apartment or multi-story building, "additional charges from building management for transporting items beyond the ground floor may apply." These fees are not covered by Sohnne and are the responsibility of the customer. "If these additional fees are not paid, your order will be delivered to the designated drop-off point specified by building management."
Delivery Confirmation: "Approximately 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, you will receive a reminder notification with a 3-hour time window for your delivery." Please be prepared to receive your order within this timeframe.

Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to ensure timely processing.
State-to-State Delivery Adjustments
Changes involving delivery to a different state must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please note that address changes may cause potential delays in shipment.
The day of delivery
Track your purchases while on route at track my order.
The area and walkways must be clear of existing furniture and obstacles. The delivery team will not move existing furniture.
An individual 18 years or older must be on premise for the entire 3 hour delivery window.
