Before Placing an Order
To ensure a smooth delivery, please measure and confirm that your furniture will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators while in its packaging. The dimensions of each item are available on the product page.
📌 Important:
If our delivery partners are unable to get your furniture into your home due to size restrictions, additional fees may apply if you choose to reschedule or cancel the order.
We do not disassemble items for delivery.
How Delivery Scheduling Works
Once your order reaches our warehouse and is ready for dispatch:
If you opted to group all items into one shipment, we will notify you once the last item has arrived.
Your order will be assigned to a carrier, who will contact you with a delivery time slot (typically a 4-hour window).
If your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, no scheduling is required. You can track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
On the Day of Delivery
An authorized consignee (18 years or older) MUST be available at the delivery address during the scheduled time.
Protect your flooring and surroundings before delivery. Our delivery partners will not be responsible for any flooring or property damage.
Delivery personnel are not permitted to move existing furniture inside your home.
📌 Tip: If you're receiving a large order, ensure there is a clear pathway for the delivery team to move the furniture inside efficiently.
What If I Need to Reschedule?
If you need to change your delivery date or time slot, please contact the assigned carrier as soon as possible. Additional rescheduling fees may apply depending on the carrier’s policy.
