Scheduling & Preparing for Your Delivery

Before Placing an Order

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please measure all entry points, including doors, staircases, hallways, and elevators, to ensure the furniture (in its packaging) will fit through. Product dimensions are available on the product page for each item.

📌 Important:

  • If the delivery team cannot bring the item into your home due to size restrictions, additional fees may apply if you choose to reschedule or cancel the delivery.

  • Sohnne® does not disassemble items for delivery.

How Delivery Scheduling Works

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will notify you:

  • For items shipped together: You will be notified once all items have arrived at the warehouse.

  • For smaller parcels (FedEx/UPS): No scheduling required. You can track your shipment online for updates.

  • For larger items (Sohnne® delivery team): You will receive a delivery window, usually within a 4-hour time frame.

On the Day of Delivery

  • Authorized recipient 18 years or older must be present at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time.

  • Prepare your space by protecting floors and clearing pathways to make sure the delivery team can move the item easily.

  • The delivery team will not move existing furniture or be responsible for any property damage.

📌 Tip: For large items, ensure there is a clear, unobstructed path from the entry point to the intended placement area.

What If I Need to Reschedule?

If you need to change your delivery date or time:

  • Please contact the assigned carrier directly as soon as possible.

  • Additional rescheduling fees may apply depending on the carrier’s policy.
