At Sohnne, we understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure your delivery experience remains smooth. If you need to update your contact details, delivery address, or reschedule your delivery, please follow the guidelines below.

Updating Your Contact Details

If you need to change your phone number or email address after confirming your order:

  • Contact us at support@sohnne.com at least 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date.

  • We will update your contact details and ensure you receive all necessary delivery notifications.

Changing Your Delivery Address

📌 Important Guidelines for Address Changes:

  • Submit your request at least 3 business days before delivery to avoid rescheduling fees.

  • Address changes may result in additional shipping fees, depending on the new location.

  • Check if we deliver to your new address by entering your postcode in the shopping cart.

🚚 For deliveries to a different state, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to allow for proper processing.

Changing the delivery address after your order has been dispatched may cause delays. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

Rescheduling Your Delivery

If you need to change your delivery date, follow these steps:

  • Enter your confirmation code (found on your receipt) and billing ZIP code in our scheduling system.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase to avoid additional charges.

  • For reschedules outside the allowed timeframe, re-delivery fees may apply.

📩 Change requests can only be processed via EMAIL or PHONE to ensure accuracy. Once confirmed, you will receive email updates with your new delivery details.
