Need to change your email address or phone number after placing an order?

  • Contact us at support@sohnne.com at least 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date.

  • Our team will update your details to ensure you receive all delivery notifications on time.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Plans can change, and we’re here to help you ensure your order gets to the right place. To change your delivery address:

  • Submit your request at least 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date.

  • If you're moving to a different state or country, please notify us as early as possible to allow for logistics adjustments.

What happens next:

  • Our support team will confirm whether delivery is available to your new location.

  • Any additional shipping costs will be communicated before we process the change.

  • After the address change is confirmed, you’ll receive updated delivery details.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on the new delivery location.

  • Requests made after dispatch may cause delays and might not always be possible.

Rescheduling Your Delivery Date

  2. Provide your order number, current delivery date, and preferred new date.
