Updating Your Contact Details

If you need to update your email address or phone number after placing an order, we’re here to help. Simply follow this step:

  • Contact us via support@sohnne.com at least 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date

  • We will update your contact details in our system to ensure you receive all delivery-related notifications without delay

Changing Your Delivery Address

We understand that moving or changing locations happens—here’s how to ensure your order goes to the right place:

To change your delivery address:

  • Submit your address change request at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery

  • For out-of-state address changes, notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can update our logistics schedule properly

  • Use the postcode checker on our shopping cart to confirm that your new address is within our delivery zones

Additional notes:

  • Changing the address may result in additional shipping charges, depending on the new location

  • Address change requests made after your order is dispatched may cause delays in delivery

Rescheduling Your Delivery Date

Need to move your delivery to a different date? No problem—just follow these simple steps:

  1. Prepare your confirmation code (found on your order receipt) and billing ZIP code

  2. Email us at support@sohnne.com or call us directly to submit your request

  3. All change requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your purchase to avoid additional fees

  4. Requests made after the 48-hour window may incur re-delivery charges, depending on your location and logistics schedule

Once your reschedule is confirmed, we will send you an email confirmation with the updated delivery date and instructions.
