How to Hold Your Order
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email titled “An Update for You!” To place your order on hold:
Reply to that email or contact support@sohnne.com within 24 hours
Let us know you would like to delay the shipment
We will securely store your order until you are ready to receive it—with no time limit and no additional fees, as long as your payment is completed
This option is perfect if you're moving, traveling, or adjusting your space before delivery.
Important Policy for Extended Holds
If your order remains on hold for longer than 2 months from the date of the “An Update for You!” email:
Your order will still be safely stored at no extra cost
However, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable
This applies regardless of the product type or location
We offer this policy to maintain operational efficiency while supporting your schedule and preferences.
