By default, we dispatch products as soon as they are available for shipping. However, we understand that you may sometimes require special arrangements.
How to Hold Your Order
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email titled "An Update for You!"
You must request a hold within 24 hours of receiving this email to delay your shipment.
We provide up to 2 months of free storage starting from the email date.
Storage Fees After 2 Months
After the 2-month free storage period, a 5% storage fee (based on the item value) per month will apply.
If you do not contact us within the 24-hour window, your order will be processed for shipment as usual.
