Our Default Shipping Policy

At Sohnne®, we ship products as soon as they’re ready to ensure efficient delivery. However, we understand that you may not always be ready to receive your order, whether you're moving, traveling, or preparing your space. That’s why we offer a flexible hold option with no storage fees.

How it Works:

  • No deadline for when you need to receive your order.

  • No storage fees for holding your order.

  • No pressure to receive your item until you’re ready.

How to Place Your Order on Hold

Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive an email titled “An Update for You!”. To request a hold:

  1. Reply to the email or

  2. Contact us at support@sohnne.com within 24 hours of receiving the update.
    Let us know if you'd like to delay shipment. We’ll securely store your order until you're ready to receive it.

Note: Your payment must be completed before we can hold your order.

Important Policy for Extended Holds

If your order remains on hold for more than 2 months from the date of the “An Update for You!” email:

  • Your order will still be safely stored at no additional cost.

  • However, your order will become non-cancellable and non-refundable once the 2-month mark passes.

  • This policy helps us maintain operational efficiency while accommodating your schedule.

Helpful Reminders

  • The 24-hour window for hold requests begins when you receive the “An Update for You!” email.

  • If we do not receive your hold request by this time, your order will ship as scheduled.

  • Check both your inbox and spam folder to ensure you don’t miss this important update.
