All shipping-related costs are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Original delivery shipping fees

  • Return shipping costs

  • Shipping-related taxes or duties

Even when a free shipping promotion, discount code, or coupon is applied, actual shipping fees are paid to the carrier. These fees will be deducted from the final refund. Return shipping is also treated as a separate, customer-initiated service and is not reimbursed under any circumstances.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and shipping destination. The most accurate estimate can be viewed at checkout or on the Shipping & Delivery Policy page.

What the Refund Covers: Refunds will be issued for:

  • The item subtotal (after deducting any applicable restocking fee)

  • The sales tax applied to the item subtotal

What the Refund Does Not Cover: Refunds will not include:

  • Any original shipping charges (whether paid by the customer or covered by a promotion)

  • Any return shipping charges

  • Any sales tax applied to shipping

Sample Refund Breakdown Example based on a return after 14 days of delivery:

Original Payment

  • Item subtotal: $1,200

  • Shipping fee: $169

  • Tax: $120 (item) + $16.90 (shipping)

  • Total Paid: $1,505.90

Refund Calculation

  • Item refund (after 20% restocking fee): $960

  • Shipping refund: $0 (non-refundable)

  • Tax refund (item only): $120

  • Total Refundable: $1,080

This breakdown helps clarify the total refund amount a customer can expect after returning an item. All amounts and policies align with our broader Terms of Sale and Shipping & Delivery terms.
