We understand that plans may change. Here is our cancellation policy, including important exclusions for custom orders and bulk purchases.
Cancellations
Within 12 Hours of Order Placement Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement and before the product is picked for shipment are eligible for a full refund.
After 12 Hours of Order Placement Orders canceled after 12 hours but before shipment processing will incur a 5% processing fee, deducted from the subtotal refund.
Orders Already Shipped Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled. The item must be delivered first, and then a return request may be submitted in accordance with our return policy. Refusing delivery is not considered a valid cancellation.
Non-Returnable Orders
Custom & Made-to-Order Products Products that are custom-built or made-to-order based on customer specifications are considered final sale. Once confirmed, these orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Bulk Orders (5 or More Items) Orders containing five or more items are treated as bulk and prioritized in our processing queue. Due to the operational impact, these orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable after payment is completed.
