Shipping Costs, Packaging, & Delivery Issues

At Sohnne®, our goal is to ensure your entire purchase experience is smooth and transparent, especially when it comes to shipping, delivery, and handling. Below are important details about shipping fees, packaging requirements, and what happens if a delivery is missed.

Shipping Costs & Promotions

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable, including:

    • Original shipping charges paid at checkout

    • Shipping-related taxes

    • Return shipping costs (these will be deducted from any refund)

  • Even if a promotional free shipping code was applied at checkout, the actual carrier costs have already been incurred and will still be deducted from any refund if the item is returned.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on:

    • Total order value

    • Delivery destination (zip/postal code)

    • Rates outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

  • We do not mark up the return shipping fee; in fact, we subsidize a portion of these costs to keep them as low as possible for you.

Packaging Requirements & Claims

To ensure eligibility for return and to support any claim regarding damage, the following conditions apply:

  1. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

  2. All packaging components (foam, wrap, box) must be included.

Packaging Claims

  • Any claims about damaged packaging must be made at the time of delivery.

  • If the outer packaging appears damaged, you must reject the delivery and mark it with the carrier.

  • Once the delivery is signed for and accepted, the item is considered to have been received in satisfactory condition, and no packaging claims can be processed.

Missed Delivery Appointments

If no one is available to receive the order during the confirmed delivery time:

  • The delivery will be marked as unsuccessful.

  • A return fee and rescheduling logistics cost will apply.

  • Missed deliveries are not valid grounds for cancellation or a full refund.

Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed-upon delivery window. Please plan accordingly to avoid additional charges.
