What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply. Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

Can I change my delivery address to a different state or country?

Yes, but please contact us at least 3 business days before your scheduled delivery.

To reschedule, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days before your delivery date to avoid additional charges. Kindly provide your order number, and we will be pleased to assist in arranging a new delivery time.

What are the fees for rescheduling a delivery?

Fees depend on how close your request is to the original delivery date. Changes made close to the scheduled date may incur a re-delivery fee.
