What items are shipped via parcel?
Parcel shipping is common for items like rugs, pillows, wall art, and certain small furniture pieces. Each eligible item may come with its tracking number so you can monitor its delivery status.
Is parcel shipping free?
Parcel shipping is not free. The fee depends on the size, weight, and destination of your item(s). The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I choose parcel shipping?
Parcel shipping is automatically assigned to eligible items in your cart. To ensure the most efficient delivery, customers cannot manually choose this shipping method.
Can I request assembly for items delivered via parcel?
Parcel shipping does not include assembly. If you would like an item assembled upon arrival, we recommend choosing our White Glove Delivery service, if available in your region.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
Not always. Since items may be shipped from different locations, it’s possible for them to arrive in separate deliveries. You will receive a unique tracking number for each item to help you follow their progress easily.
