Can I visit the warehouse to pick up my order?
Our warehouses are not open to the public. To ensure security, safety, and efficiency, all orders are processed internally and shipped directly to your provided delivery address. We do not offer warehouse pickups at this time.

Which warehouse will my order ship from?
Your order will usually ship from the warehouse that is closest to your delivery location. This helps reduce shipping time and optimize delivery costs. However, depending on product availability, some items may be shipped from a different warehouse to avoid delays.

How long does it take for my order to be processed at the warehouse?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes quality control, careful packaging, and handoff to our trusted logistics partner. The overall delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Do all products ship from the same warehouse?
Not always. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations. This depends on where each product is available and allows us to deliver your items more efficiently. You will receive individual tracking links for each package if this occurs.

Can I schedule an appointment at the office location?
Yes. Our corporate office in San Francisco, CA is open for in-person meetings by appointment only. If you wish to visit us for business inquiries or collaboration, please contact our team in advance to set a time that works for both sides.
