What does the 7-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers structural integrity, including solid wood and metal components, as well as manufacturing defects related to stitching, joints, adhesive bonding, and other workmanship issues under normal residential use.

Is the warranty valid for commercial use?
Yes, but only for light commercial environments (e.g., boutique offices or guest suites). In these cases, we offer 1-year limited coverage for structural components such as solid wood or metal frames.

What types of damage are not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural aging like patina or veining, damage caused by outdoor exposure, improper care, or upholstery issues such as stains, pet damage, or sun fading.

Can I make a claim if I bought the product more than a year ago?
Yes, as long as the issue relates to the covered warranty terms (e.g., structural failure, manufacturing defect), and your product is still within the 7-year coverage period, you can file a claim.

What is required to submit a warranty claim?
You’ll need the following:

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
