Why Is My Order Still Showing In Production?

Sohnne furniture is made to order — each piece is handcrafted specifically for you.

Expected Timelines

  • Standard Made-to-Order Items: 2 weeks production + 4 weeks shipping and last mile delivery = 6 weeks total

  • Custom Orders (custom fabric/color): 4 weeks production + 4 weeks shipping and last mile delivery = 8 weeks total

  • QuickShip / In-Stock Items: Ships within 3-10 business days, delivery within 1-2 weeks

What Does Each Status Mean?

  • Processing: Order received and payment confirmed. Production begins shortly.

  • In Production: Your piece is actively being crafted (standard: ~2 weeks, custom: ~4 weeks).

  • Pending Tracking: Production is complete or nearly complete. Your item is being prepared for shipment.

  • Shipped / In Transit: Your order is on its way. Shipping and last mile delivery takes approximately 4 weeks.

  • Delivered: Order has been delivered.

Why Does Shipping Take 4 Weeks?

Sohnne ships large furniture items via freight carriers with white glove delivery. This involves warehouse processing, freight transport across the country, local delivery hub transfer, and scheduling your delivery window. This process ensures your furniture arrives safely and is handled with care.

Is My Order Delayed?

If your order is past 6 weeks from order date (or 8 weeks for custom orders), please provide your SHN order number and we will check with our production and logistics team.
