Step 1: Check Eligibility
Within 60 days of delivery
Item unused, unassembled, in original packaging
Unboxing video required for damage claims
Not eligible: assembled, altered, scratched, or stained items
Step 2: Submit Request
Provide: SHN order number, photos of current condition, reason for return, unboxing video if applicable.
Step 3: Review (2-3 business days)
If approved, you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Step 4: Ship Back (within 7 days of RA)
Return shipping is customer responsibility.
Step 5: Refund Processing
Store credit: 3-5 business days
Original payment refund: 5-10 business days after inspection
Shipping fees non-refundable, restocking fee may apply
