Shipping Services

How can I check the estimated delivery time before ordering?
Visit the product page and enter the destination zip or postal code. The system will automatically display the estimated delivery timeframe based on stock availability and delivery location.

What does the delivery estimate include?
The delivery estimate includes time for stock movement from the manufacturing facility to our warehouse, followed by last-mile delivery to the customer’s address. Estimated timeframes do not include delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues.

How long does shipping take after checkout?
Once an order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Remote areas may require an additional 2–3 business days. Unexpected delays may occur and will be communicated via email.

Are delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Expedited shipping is not available. If there are delays, customers will be notified by email.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are based on the order total and delivery zip code. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout. Sohnne covers a significant portion of the shipping cost to ensure competitive delivery rates without compromising service quality.

What delivery methods are available?
We partner with FedEx, UPS, and DHL for standard shipments. For larger furniture items, we use the following delivery services:

  • FedEx Delivery: Available seven days a week for smaller items

  • Threshold Delivery: For larger items, delivered to the first secure, dry area (e.g., porch or garage)

  • White Glove Delivery (if applicable): Includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, and debris removal

What regions do you currently deliver to?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States and selected zones in Europe. Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or unsupported international regions unless confirmed in advance.

Can I order from outside the listed regions?
Yes, but delivery availability must be confirmed. Customers in Asia, the Middle East, South America, Africa, Australia, or non-contiguous North America should contact our support team to verify if shipping is possible.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Sohnne uses InsureShield® Shipping Protection to cover lost packages, visible damage, and porch piracy.
Claims must be submitted within:

  • 48 hours for visible damage

  • 90 days for concealed damage

All claims are processed through InsureShield® in coordination with the carrier.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

  • FedEx: A second attempt will be made the next business day

  • Threshold/White Glove: One free reschedule is allowed. A second missed attempt will incur a $100 rescheduling fee

How do I report a manufacturing defect (not shipping-related)?
Defects unrelated to shipping must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

If approved, a replacement or repair will be arranged within 5–7 business days.

Yes, your order will be fulfilled even if the Affirm payment plan balance has not been paid in full.
