Which Nmbrs data isn't synced?
While Soigné and Nmbrs work together, some information still needs to be entered by hand. This is for two reasons:
Some data fields are not yet available in Soigné
Nmbrs has certain limitations on what data can be synced
The following data won't be updated in Nmbrs by Soigné:

Which Nmbrs data gets updated by changes in Soigné?
⚠️ Changes made in Soigné are immediately visible in Nmbrs.
When an employee signs their first contract in Soigné, and doesn't exist in Nmbrs yet, an employee is created in Nmbrs.
When the employee already exists in Nmbrs, we update their data with the newest data from Soigné.
Soigné will add or update following employee data in Nmbrs:

Personeelsnummer | When a new employee is added to Nmbrs through the integration, Soigné searches for the highest Personeelsnummer and adds +1 to it
For example, if the highest Personeelsnummer is 1065, an employee gets added as employee number 1066
If no Personeelsnummer is found, the employee gets added as employee number 1000

Dienstverband | This includes Datum Indienst and Status (set as Dienstverband) |
Contract | This includes Startdatum, Einddatum, Proeftijd, Contract bep./onbep. and Schriftelijk / Uren |

Functie | In order to sync Functies, go to Settings in Soigné, scroll down to Positions and link your Soigné positions your Nmbrs positions by clicking on each position and setting their 'Reference to external systems' |
Adres | This includes Type (set as Huisadres), Straat, Huis Nr, Postcode, Plaats and Land |
Naam | This includes Roepnaam, for the first name(s) of an employee, and Eigennaam for the last name |

Which Soigné data gets updated by changes in Nmbrs?
⚠️ Changes made in Nmbrs update in Soigné once every night.
When employees are found in Nmbrs that aren't present in Soigné yet, they will be added as new employees to Soigné.
When employees already exist in Soigné, their existing data will be updated.

Changes to data that you make in Nmbrs are visible in Nmbrs the next day.
