Sola is a per-structure policy, so each structure requires its own policy.
When creating a quote for a client with various structures, agents should not create multiple quotes manually.
That's where Sola's Multi-Property Quote comes in. This type of quote is prepared by our team and is sent as a single, combined quote for all structures.
To receive a Multi-Property Quote, contact your Sola representative and send us:
• Customer name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Property address(es)
• Structure descriptions
• Desired Sola limit for each structure
We will return a multi-property or multi-structure quote. Customers can choose a single annual payment (which saves 15%) or a monthly ACH or credit card payment.
