To redeem your gift card on the app, please follow these steps:
Go to the pricing page and select the package you wish to purchase
Select "buy"
Click "have a gift card?"
Enter the gift card number
Select the arrow and click "purchase"
For individual purchases or additional assistance, contact support to have gift card details applied to your account.
Please note, the gift card must cover the full value of the purchase when self-applying. For cases where the gift card doesn’t cover the full value, or for applying a gift card to membership purchases, email our Client Experience team at solidcore@solidcore.co. The team can help split payment with a linked credit card or adjust balances.
Note: Clients can only self-redeem gift cards via our app. For redemption through other channels, contact support or your local studio.
