Where can I find the studio door code?

We keep our studio doors locked to protect not only your belongings, but you, your teammates, and your coach. You can access the studio using our [solidcore] app's auto-unlock feature. When you are near the door, you can unlock it with the click of a button!

If you prefer to enter the code manually, there is a pin pad at the front door. The door code will appear next to your reservation in the [solidcore] app. Punch this code into the pin pad to unlock the studio door.

You can also find the door code in our confirmation emails or ClassPass. If you use ClassPass, the door code will be included in your email from them - make sure you scroll through to the end of the email.

Please note that for safety reasons the door code and auto-unlock feature will only work in the 10 minutes before class and for 5 minutes into class, per our late arrival policy.

For everyone’s safety we change the door codes on the 1st of each month, so be sure to check your app or confirmation emails for these changes!
