Solink Agents are AI assistants that monitor camera footage for you, allowing you to focus on other areas without the need to review hours or days worth of video from across your locations.
Agents fill a variety of pre-defined roles, monitor for specific activity, and deliver results to you directly in the Solink platform or through another medium such as text message or email.
Requirements
Please note the following requirements in order to use and access Solink Agents:
The ability to create and edit Solink Agents is only available in the web/browser version of the Solink platform. Agent creation and editing is unavailable in the mobile apps. However, events generated with Agents are still viewable in the Solink mobile app.
Users require the Agents user permission to be enabled in order to create and edit agents. Admin users can configure user permissions from the Users page in the Solink platform.

Comprehensive Agents
Each of these agents are capable of covering multiple use cases, offering a higher level of flexibility than Skill-Based Agents.

Do I need an AI accelerator chip installed on my Solink Recording Device in order to create, edit and/or use Solink Agents?
No, an AI chip is not required.
What regions are Agents in available in?
Currently Agents are available in North America, but Solink is looking to expand into other regions in the near future.
Can Agents notify me when it finds something of interest?
Yes - agents automatically flag the activity you are looking for, such as overnight break-ins, suspicious transactions, and safety hazards.
Can I create a custom agent?
Yes - when creating a new agent, select the Custom Solution button to reach out to our team directly to inquire about creating an agent that meets your needs.
How many agents can I have on my account?
You can activate as many agents as needed. However, please ensure to monitor your Agent credits, as agents will not run once your available credits have been exceeded.
