If you have an accountant or bookkeeper you can easily share your Solo account with them. Your accountant will then be able to view and edit your Solo data, based on the permissions that you give them.
How to share your account with an accountant
To invite your accountant to access your Solo account:
Go to Settings > Accountant access in the main menu.
Enter your accountants email address.
Enable 'accountant can edit my data' if you would like your accountant to be able to edit your Solo data. By default, read only access is provided to an accountant. The permission options are:
Read: Your accountant will have access to your reports, tax returns and data export only. They will not be able to modify the data in your Solo account.
Edit: Your accountant will have access to your Solo account and can modify your data. They will not have access to your account details or bank feed. Only you can change your account email, password, delete your account or invite others to access your data.
Click the Invite button. When the invite button is clicked, your accountant will receive an email inviting them to access your account from their accountant portal.
Tip: To share your name and phone number with your accountant, make sure you enter the information on your Settings > Account page.
Revoking access for your accountant
To remove access for your accountant:
The accountant will then be unlinked from accessing your Solo account. You can re-invite your accountant at any time.
