Sometimes your situation changes and you need to change or cancel your Solo subscription, we get it. Don't worry you can cancel or change your Solo subscription at any time.
When cancelling your subscription your account data is safe and will not be lost. You can resubscribe and continue at any time.
To cancel your subscription:
Go to the Settings > Subscription page in Solo
Click the Manage subscription button at the bottom of the page
Click the Cancel subscription button
Click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
That's it, your subscription is cancelled. You will still have access until the end of your current billing period, at which point you will lose access to Solo's paid features.
You can export a spreadsheet of your data via Settings > Export data at any time.

To cancel your subscription in the Android or iOS mobile app:
Go to More in the main navigation bar
Tap Subscription in the Account menu
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the Manage subscription link
Tap the Cancel subscription button
Tap Cancel subscription again to confirm.
How to change your subscription
Sometimes you need more, or less, features than your current Solo plan.
You can change your subscription at any time and any remaining credit will be automatically applied to your new plan.
To change your subscription:
Go to the Settings > Subscription page in Solo
Click the Subscribe now button for the plan you wish to change to
Click Update subscription
Select the plan you wish to change to and click Continue.
Click Confirm.
You will be changed to the new plan immediately.
