To change or reset the password that you use to login to Solo:
Go to the Solo login screen.
Enter the email address you use to access Solo and click Continue.
Click the Reset password link.
Click Continue.
An email will then be sent to you with a link to enter your new password.
I didn't receive the email?
If the email to reset your password does not arrive in your inbox:
Check your emails spam / junk folder.
Check that the email address you entered is correct.
When neither of those options help, it is likely that you use either Continue with Google or Continue with Apple buttons to access your Solo account. If that is the case, then you do not have a password with Solo and you will use either your Google or Apple account to access Solo.
