What happens when the free trial ends?

Making the most of the Solo free trial

Written by Brent Wilson

When you first login to Solo your 14 day free trial of Solo Premium will automatically begin. During the trial period you will have full access to all of Solo's features.

You can subscribe to a Solo plan at any time during your free trial, or after the trial ends, to continue using Solo.

When the trial ends, if you do not have an active subscription, you will lose access to Solo's features until you subscribe.

Any data you have entered during the trial will be saved. When the trial ends you can subscribe at any time to regain access to your data. To download your data, go to Settings > Export data in the main menu at any time. Your Solo account and data can also be permanently deleted by you at any time by going to Settings > Account in the main menu (More > Settings in the mobile app).

Any active bank feeds or IRD feed connected during the trial will remain active for 90 days after the trial ends. This grace period is to provide a smooth experience should you choose to subscribe within 90 days of the trial ending. After the 90 day grace period, if there is no active subscription, any bank feeds or IRD feed will be disconnected. No data will be lost and you can subscribe and reconnect these feeds at any time.

If you have any questions please reach out via the in-app chat and we will be happy to help.
