The Solo mobile app provides the core features of the Solo web app and is optimised for both Android and iOS devices.

You can also access Solo through your mobile device’s web browser if you prefer.

Yes. Your Solo subscription and data are linked to your account, not a specific device.

Whether you subscribe through the Solo website or the mobile app, you can access your account and all of your data across both the Solo web app and mobile app. You can seamlessly switch between them at any time.

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed using Apple’s subscription system.

Apple requires all iOS apps to use its payment platform for in-app subscriptions. As a result, we have limited control over subscriptions purchased through Apple and cannot provide certain services, such as issuing refunds, applying discounts, or making subscription changes on your behalf.

For this reason, we recommend subscribing through the Solo website whenever possible.

We aim to provide a consistent experience across both the web and mobile apps. However, some features are currently only available in the Solo web app.

We’re continuously improving the mobile app and plan to bring more functionality to mobile over time.

Invite an accountant to access your Solo account. Accountant access can only be granted and managed through the web app.

Download a CSV file containing your categorised transactions, including GST and deductible amounts. Data exports are only available in the web app.

Apply income or expense categories to multiple transactions at once. Bulk categorisation is only available in the web app.

Import QIF or OFX transaction files from your bank. While you can manually add transactions and connect bank feeds in the mobile app, transaction file uploads are only supported in the web app.

Create, send, and manage online quotes and estimates. Quotes are currently only available in the Solo web app.
