Viewing your Solo subscription invoices

How to find the invoices for your Solo subscription

To view the invoices for your Solo subscription:

  1. Go to the Settings > Subscription page in the main menu

  2. Click the Manage your subscription button at the bottom of the page

  3. Scroll to the bottom to view your INVOICE HISTORY

  4. Click on the invoice date to view the invoice details

  5. You can then download the Invoice or Receipt.

  1. Go to More in the main navigation bar

  2. Tap Subscription in the Account menu

  3. Tap the Manage your subscription link at the bottom of the page

  4. Scroll to the bottom to view your INVOICE HISTORY

  5. Tap on the invoice date to view the invoice details

  6. You can then download the Invoice or Receipt.

If you subscribed to Solo on the desktop app follow the same instructions as the Android app above.

If you subscribed via the Solo iOS mobile app your subscription will be handled by Apple. Rather than accessing your subscription invoices inside Solo, Apple will email you an invoice each time you're billed.
