You can upload/attach a receipt, invoice or file to any income or expense transaction in Solo. With the Solo mobile app you can also take a photo of a receipts and attach it directly to a transaction.
To attach a receipt to a transaction (on the Solo website):
Click on the down arrow at the end of a transaction (to edit the transaction).
Click the Upload file link.
You will be prompted to upload a file from your computer. Solo accepts PDF, JPG, JPRG or PNG file formats up to 3MB in size.
Downloading a file that has been uploaded
To download a file that has been uploaded, simply click on the file name of the uploaded file. The file will be downloaded to your computer.
Deleting an uploaded file
To deleted an uploaded file, click on the 'X' icon next to the file name.
