How to subscribe and manage your subscription

When you first login to Solo your 14 day free trial of Solo Premium will automatically begin. During the trial period you will have full access to all of Solo's features.

You can subscribe to Solo Premium at any time during your free trial, or after the trial ends, to continue using Solo's premium features.


What is Solo Premium?

Solo Premium is a paid subscription that provides access to all of Solo's premium features. You can subscribe to Premium for $27 NZD + GST per month. Or choose a yearly subscription for $297 NZD + GST per year and receive one month free.

Premium features include:

  • Connect your bank accounts

  • Sync PAYE income from IRD (salary, wages, schedular payments (WT), bank interest etc)

  • Profit and Loss report

  • Invoices

  • Clients

  • Asset depreciation

  • In-app chat support


How to subscribe to Premium

Subscribing to Premium is easy:

  1. Go to the Settings page.

  2. Click the Upgrade now button.

  3. Enter your payment details and click Subscribe.


How to manage your subscription

You can view your subscription invoices and receipts or cancel your subscription at any time.

To manage your subscription:

  1. Go to the Settings page.

  2. Click the Manage your subscription link.


What happens when the free trial ends?

When the free trial ends you will no longer be able to access Premium features, unless you have an active Premium subscription.

Don't worry, any data you have entered during the trial will not be deleted when the trial expires. Also any data you have entered with a Premium feature, such as invoices or assets, will still be available when you subscribe to Premium.

When your free trial ends you will still have access to the following features:

  • Track Self-employed Income

  • Track Rental Income

  • Claim business expenses

  • Real-time Income Tax calculations

  • Real-time GST calculations

  • Real-time ACC calculations

  • Income Tax returns

  • GST returns

  • Attach receipts
