To view your athlete’s history, simply click the three dots next to their name and select “History.” This will provide a detailed breakdown of task starts, ends, and session activities.
In the example, you can see when the athlete started, did a few reps, and restarted the task three times. This helps you understand their behavior, such as repeatedly restarting tasks in pursuit of perfection. It also allows you to spot if they’re taking longer breaks than needed or spreading their training out over too long a period. Additionally, it can help with compliance by showing when athletes claim to have completed sessions but haven’t actually logged in.
