How Does TTE Mode Work?

Updated over a month ago

The process starts with a 3-minute test to establish the athlete’s baseline reaction time. Based on this, a target reaction time is set using their average response speed. A threshold is then determined, set at 20% slower than the target. If the athlete’s reaction time exceeds this threshold, the task ends immediately. To maintain performance, the athlete must keep their reaction time within the target range without slowing beyond the set threshold.
