How Does PCM Mode Work?

Updated over a month ago

In PCM Mode, athletes are required to perform a sprint each time they make an error. After the first mistake, they must raise their heart rate to Zone 4 for 5 seconds. With each additional mistake, the sprint duration increases by 5 seconds, capping at 20 seconds. This increasing physical challenge encourages athletes to stay focused and minimize errors to avoid extended sprints.
