Adding a Session to an Assigned Plan

If you want to add a new session to a plan that’s already been assigned, it’s straightforward. Start by collapsing the sessions and scrolling to the bottom of the plan, then click Add Session.

Name the session first and apply any settings you need. Doing this upfront makes it easy to identify the new session you’ve just created. Once the session is set up, collapse it again and drag and drop it into the correct position in the plan. Then expand the session and make any edits required.

That’s it. The session has been added and the plan has been updated. For the changes to appear, the athlete will need to tap Home to reload the plan.
