Creating and Managing Tags

Tags allow you to organise users into custom groups, making it easier to filter users and assign plans to everyone within a specific tag.

Creating a Tag

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Tags.

  3. Click Add Tag.

  4. Enter a tag name (up to 15 characters).

  5. Click Next.

  6. Select the users you would like to apply the tag to.

  7. Click Create Tag.

Filtering the Dashboard by Tag

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Select the Tag Filter.

  3. Choose the tag you would like to view.

The dashboard will display only the users assigned to that tag.

Assigning Plans by Tag

  1. Navigate to Plan Builder.

  2. Create or select an existing plan.

  3. Choose Assign Plan.

  4. Filter by Tag.

  5. Select the required users.

  6. Click Assign.

Managing Tags

Tags can be updated at any time by returning to Settings > Tags.
