Can I Log In with Just My Soma ID?

Yes, you can log in with just your Soma ID. Simply enter your Soma ID into the required field, and you'll be able to access the platform.

Does Soma NPT Run on iPad & iPhone?

Yes, Soma NPT is compatible with both iPad and iPhone devices.

How Do I Select a Task?

To select a task in Soma NPT, simply tap + from the home screen and add tasks to your favourites. This will allow you to quickly access the tasks that you need to complete.

Where is the Data Held?

All of your data is held encrypted on our servers in Switzerland. This means that your data is always secure and protected from outside threats.

What is a Soma ID?

A SOMA ID is a 6-digit code that gives you access to Soma NPT. This code is unique to you, and it allows you to log in to Soma NPT from any device.

Where Can I Find My Soma ID?

Your Soma ID is located on the home screen, so it's easy to find when you need it.

Do You Offer a Free Trial?

We do not provide free trials for Soma NPT.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

If you purchased your subscription via iTunes, you can manage it through the Settings app. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Do You Offer Phone Support?

No, we don't offer phone support. Instead, we offer 24/7 support via our chat system, which is always one click away. You’ll always have a knowledgeable team member on the other end.
