Filter Tasks

Filter cognitive tasks by the cognitive demand to speed up programming.

Enable Auto Baseline

Autobaseline will automatically calculate and send the baseline data once the user repeats the session for the second time.

Enable data trending for Minute on Minute (MoM) Breakdowns

πŸ”— How To Integrate Cognitive Training.

In order to keep athletes consistent on a cognitive training plan, they need to be able to easily integrate cognitive training into their current training regime.

πŸ”— How To Vary Cognitive Load With Specialized Training Modes

Specialized training modes allow you to create dynamic cognitive training plans that constantly push your athletes to avoid plateaus in their training regime.

πŸ”— How To Manipulate Cognitive Load With Task Duration

Changing the duration of a cognitive task is going to alter the overall cognitive load on the athlete's brain.

πŸ”— How To Manipulate Cognitive Load With Task Intensity

Changing the intensity of a cognitive task is going to alter the overall cognitive load on the athlete's brain.

How to Periodize the Cognitive Training Plan.

Under or overloading your athlete for too long will always result in stagnation of results. Your athlete's data will guide you. No matter what, without data on your athlete's performance, you will be guessing and it can be difficult to accurately periodize when you guess. Paying attention to the data makes your job easier and keeps those performance improvements coming.

πŸ”— The Principles of Cognitive Progressive Overload.

Progressive Overload is an important principle in cognitive training. Without progressive overload, you won’t create enough cognitive stress, and training results will be minimal.

πŸ”— The Principles of Undulating Periodization and Cognitive Training.

Athletes need the ability to cognitively adapt and change depending on the situation. This is where undulating periodization can be useful.
