Baseline Data Comparison

Updated over a week ago

Soma's Auto Baseline Feature streamlines the process of comparing baseline data, offering an automated approach that eliminates manual data entry. Here's a breakdown of how to utilize this feature and the steps to follow if the Auto Baseline Feature is not enabled:

Using the Auto Baseline Feature:

  • Automatic Process: Enabling the Auto Baseline Feature during the creation of a training plan allows the system to automatically compare baseline data and instantly send it to the user.

Manual Steps without Auto Baseline Feature:

In case the Auto Baseline Feature is not enabled, follow these manual steps:

  • Ensure Correct Plan is Loaded: Before beginning the baseline comparison, make sure the correct training plan is loaded on the main dashboard. This step is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of the data being compared.

  • Accessing Baseline Comparison Feature:

    • Locate User: Find the user's name on the main dashboard.

    • Menu Options: Click on the three dots next to the user's name.

    • Select Feature: Choose the "Baseline Comparison" option from the menu.

  • Entering Baseline Dates:

    • Input Pre-Baseline Date: Enter the date before the start of the training (pre-baseline).

    • Input Post-Baseline Date: Enter the date after the training period (post-baseline).

    • Initiate Comparison: Click on the "Compare" button to start the comparison process.

These steps, whether automated or manual, are integral to assessing the effectiveness of the cognitive training plan by comparing the user's performance and progress before and after the training period. The Auto Baseline Feature, in particular, offers a more streamlined and error-free approach to this comparison.
