What Are Cycles?

Cycles are the number of times the athlete will repeat each training session.

How To Set Cycles

Enter the number of times you want the athlete to repeat that training session.

In the below example, the athlete will complete each training session one time.

  • Cycles 1

Session 4

  • Cycles 1

Session 6

  • Cycles 1

  • Cycles 1
