Log in to your Google Tag Manager account, then click Tags.
Click New to add a new tag.
Type in a new name for the tag, then click the pencil icon to edit the Tag Configuration.
Search for “html” in Choose tag type, then select Custom HTML
Copy the tracking script from the Tracking Pixel page, then paste it in the Tag Configuration HTML text box.
Click Triggering, then select All Pages.
After clicking Save, the new tag should appear in the list.
Click Submit.
