WHAT they see: SonarCloud staff discloses that they are opting into SonarCloud Ops SMS operational texts from +1 (973) 750-9663 about visits/outages/tickets; message frequency varies; Msg&Data rates may apply; reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help; Privacy and Terms links are provided. HOW they consent: The contact explicitly asks to be texted at a mobile number they provide. SonarCloud replies confirming enrollment for operational updates only. Consent is recorded before any SMS is sent. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase, keep, or get support for SonarCloud by email/phone.
2) Phone / on-site verbal consent: WHERE: During a support phone call or on-site school visit. WHAT they hear: SonarCloud staff discloses SonarCloud Ops SMS from +1 (973) 750-9663 for operational visit/outage/ticket texts only; frequency varies; Msg&Data rates may apply; STOP/HELP; Privacy and Terms available on request / help center. HOW they consent: Staff asks if the contact wants those updates by text; the contact says yes and provides a mobile number. Consent is recorded before any SMS is sent. Verbal consent is optional and is not required to receive service.
We do not use web signup forms, keyword JOIN, or pre-checked boxes for this program. We do not require SMS consent to create an account, keep SonarCloud running, or receive support by email/phone.
