Yes! Our mission is to ensure that wherever you are in the world, you can connect with a network of people who will provide you personalised support for a wide range of safety and wellbeing issues.  That said, there are a few things to know:

System Requirements
Sonder delivers its world class safety and wellbeing support through an app which is available for download through the Google Play and App Stores. To access Sonder, you therefore need an Android or iOS smartphone. If you need support but don't have a compatible device, please reach out to our team at customerservice@sondersafe.com

Location support
Our 24/7 support centre can offer phone and in-app support to anyone, anywhere in the world. However should your situation require in-person assistance, our network of responders is limited to certain metro regions (all capital cities plus several other highly populated areas) across Australia and New Zealand. If we can't use our own network due to your location being outside our reach, we will work with local authorities to get you the in-person assistance you need.

Access Codes
Many of our members receive Sonder for free thanks to their workplace, insurer or place of study - if you're eligible, you should have been provided a registration code which you can use to sign in. If you are not eligible for Sonder through one of these places, you're able to purchase it for yourself or a family member and receive a code that way. View our plans.
