Do you offer discount codes?

Occasionally, we or our partners offer discount codes that can be used on our site. Members of the Songful Club also get 10% off every order automatically, plus a 20% discount code to give to a friend or family member each month.

I have a discount code. How do I apply it?

Discount codes can be added on the cart page. You just need to click the text that says "Have a discount code?", and then you'll be able to add your discount code.

My discount code isn't working

Make sure you have entered your discount code exactly as it was provided to you. The safest thing to do is to copy and paste the code into the provided field. If it still isn't working, then it's likely that your code has expired. If you feel this is a mistake, you can get in touch with support via the chat icon below.

I don't have a discount code. Can I have one?

We can't give out one-off discount codes on request, but there are better ways to save:

If you've ordered with us before, join the free Songful Club, and you'll get 10% off every order, a free song for every 4 you order, and a 20% code to give a friend each month
If you know a Songful Club member, ask them for their monthly friend code, which gives you 20% off your first order
We also occasionally offer discounts in our marketing emails at specific times of the year to customers who have purchased from us before
