Remaking your song

We're sorry to hear that the song isn't quite right. We've got all the information you need to know about remaking your song below:

There is a small fee of $20 for remakes, which works out a lot better than ordering an entirely new song. This fee is just to cover our costs, since each song is made from scratch by our team of music producers.

If we made a genuine mistake with your song, then we will remake it free of charge. You will see this as an option in the 'Want to remake your song?' tab on your Order Status Page.

If you'd like us to remake your song, you can start this process from your Order Status Page. Once there, just click the 'Want to remake your song?' tab at the bottom of that page and follow the instructions.

You will lose access to your original song because it will be replaced by the remake. However, if after you've received your remake, you change your mind and decide that you actually really like the original, then you can choose to keep that one instead.

We can complete your remake in either 2, 4 or 7 days. Just select the delivery speed you need when completing the remake process.
