We do retain the copyright to each song we produce. This enables us to provide add-ons and additional services without running into all sorts of legal complexities. It's not because we want to hoard the music all to ourselves!

Commercial use of your song is strictly forbidden under our standard terms. If you want to use your song for commercial purposes (e.g. promoting a business, reselling, or publishing your song), we can transfer full ownership and copyright to you for a fee of $400.
