If your song options aren't quite right, the quickest way to a song you love is to remake them. You'll get three completely new versions in about 30 minutes, and your first five remakes are free. Together with your original options, that's up to 18 different versions of your song at no extra cost. You can change the lyrics, pronunciation, genre and style, and vocalist each time. You can request a full refund at any point before you confirm your song (that is, while you're still reviewing your lyrics or choosing between your song options), within 30 days of placing your order.

At the end of the review step, just before your song is finalised, we ask you to tick a box confirming that you're happy with your song. Once you've ticked that box and confirmed, your order is complete and refunds are no longer available, so please take a moment to listen carefully and make sure everything is just right before you confirm.
