There are two ways in which your audio upload can fail:
Network Error
This upload has failed because of a network error. This could be caused by many things, including a bad wifi connection or a problem somewhere between your ISP and our servers.
Usually this can be fixed by simply removing the failed upload from the list (just click the x to the right of the red triangle) and re-uploading the file. If the issue still persists, you may need to reboot your computer and/or your router.
Recording Processing Error
If you see a red warning triangle where a play button should be next to your recording, that means that the recording was uploaded successfully to our servers but it could not be processed.
This can happen for a couple of reasons:
The file is not valid.
The has been corrupted.
You can check this by trying to play the file yourself on your computer - if it won’t play there, then we won’t be able to process it.
If it can be played locally for you, it’s likely that the file is an audio format that we support.

MP2, MP3, MP4, M4A
WAV (PCM)
AIFF
FLAC (OGG, OGA)
OGG Vorbis
AAC
