1 - Choose a Suggested Post

You'll see a list of suggested articles and images on the home screen. Click on the one that you like and you'll see a detailed view of that post.

Note: You can click the search bar at the top and find a specific topic.

2 - Suggested Messages & Hashtags

You'll see some suggested messages and appropriate hashtags that can accompany the post.  Keep in mind that you don't have to use these if you don't want to, but you do have to click on one of them to get to the next step.

3 - Choose where you want to share

Next, you'll get the pop up that shows the suggested message has been copied to your clipboard, and you can select the platform on which you'd like to post.

The places you can share are as follows:

  1. Facebook

  2. Facebook Groups - share to a group, or business or event page

  3. Twitter

  4. LinkedIn

  5. Email

  6. Text Message (only on Mobile)

  7. Pinterest

  8. Buffer - schedule a message to go out later on Facebook Business, Twitter, Instagram, and other places

  9. HootSuite - schedule a message to go out later on Facebook Business, Twitter, and other places

4a - Sharing on Twitter, Pinterest, Buffer and Hoot Suite

Clicking the Twitter, Pinterest, or Buffer button will instantly pop up a new window with a field that is pre-filled and ready for you to share.

Note: You must be logged in to your Twitter, Pinterest, Buffer, or HootSuite account.

4b - Sharing on Facebook or LinkedIn

These services do not automatically insert the suggested message, so you'll have to paste it in the popup.

4b - step 2 - Paste the message into your popup

4b - step 3 - Click Post to Facebook or Share on LinkedIn

Note: You can change who sees your post using the Friends dropdown next to cancel.  This lets you show it to your friends, the public, or a subset of your friends.

That's it.  The post should now appear on social media.

When you see this article again in the Suggested Posts list, you'll see a little icon that says "Shared", since you've shared the post.
