How to switch your subscription to a different plan

Once you're logged into the Soundboard, click on the menu icon at the top right.  Then click on Settings in the dropdown.

Then click on the Subscription link on the Settings page.  Once you're there you'll see your current plan.  If you're still on trial, you'll see a reminder of when the free trial ends.

To see what other plans are available, click on the Change Your Plan button. 

Note: We will not change your plan until you see the other plans, choose one, and confirm that you want to subscribe to it.

You'll see a listing of other plans, with the monthly plans first and the annual (pay up front for the full year and get a discount) plans at the end.  Once you choose one that you like, click the Select Plan button inside the plan.  You'll then be asked to confirm that you want to change your subscription.

Once you click subscribe, we will change your plan.  If you upgrade, you'll immediately have access to new features.  If you downgrade, your access to some features could be lost.

How does it affect my bill?

If you're still on a trial, it will not affect your bill at all, since the trial is free.

If you're a paying customer, we'll prorate your current subscription and you'll immediately start on the new plan. If your current plan is more expensive than the new one, you may receive a credit.
