Modbus TCP is enabled by default on Solis inverters
When the Sourceful gateway connects to the inverter, it may interrupt the Solis dongle connection
This means the Solis mobile app may not receive data while the gateway is connected
Monitor your system through the Sourceful Energy mobile app instead
Locating Your Inverter
Choose one of these methods:
Use the IP Scanner in our mobile app to identify the inverter IP
Use your router's interface to find the inverter IP

Troubleshooting
Connection Issues
If you experience connection problems:
Verify inverter power status
Check network connectivity

Verify port 502 is accessible
Test using Modbus diagnostic tool
Mobile App Access
If the Solis mobile app shows no data:
This is expected behavior when the Sourceful gateway is connected
Use the Sourceful Energy mobile app to monitor your system
If needed, temporarily disconnect the Sourceful gateway to use the Solis app
