You can easily manage your payment methods right within the Space app. It's important to maintain current payment methods to avoid a disruption in service.
Adding a Payment Method
To add a payment method to your Space account:
Log into the Space app
Navigate to your Profile
Select "Payment methods"
Select "Add new card"
Add all required card details
Select "Complete"
Removing a Payment Method
Log into the Space app
Navigate to your Profile
Select "Payment methods"
Select the "X" on the card you wish to remove
Select "Complete"
Note: If you only have one card in your Space Profile, you cannot delete this card until another card is added.
Setting a Primary Payment Method
If you only have one card in your Space account, it will default to being your "Primary" payment method. If you have multiple cards and would like to change which one is the primary payment method, simply select the "Make primary" option on that card.
Adding a Backup Payment Method
It's always a good idea to have a backup payment method in your Space Profile, should there be any issue with your primary payment method. Simply follow the steps above for adding a new card.
Space Credit
Space currently has a dual-sided referral program. For every new customer you refer to Space using your unique referral link or referral code, you and the new customer will each receive a $50 credit in your Space account.
Space credit is automatically applied to your next invoice after it is earned. Space credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Should your credit not be enough to cover an invoice, your primary payment method will be charged for the remaining balance of your invoice after the full amount of the credit has been applied.
